Project Manager I – Training Lead

Location: Remote + commutable to Ashburn, VA / Orlando, FL / San Antonio, TX
Clearance Requirement: Top Secret

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Lead design and delivery of training programs.
- Maintain new hire, refresher, and ad hoc training curricula.
- Track training effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide bilingual training support if needed.
- Ensure training aligns with troubleshooting and SOP requirements.

Education & Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years in training design/delivery.
- Experience in adult learning and instructional design.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
