USARCENT Staff Augmentation Program

Bailey Information Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of the USARCENT Staff Augmentation Program. The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for overall program performance, staffing, quality control, and contract deliverable management.
This position requires a current, active Secret security clearance. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level for the duration of the assignment in support of USARCENT.
Work is generally performed in a standard office or garrison environment. May require prolonged sitting, use of a computer, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Duties may require entry into austere or field environments as mission dictates.

Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for USARCENT staff augmentation program leadership.
- Oversee staffing, onboarding, and performance management of augmentation personnel.
- Ensure contract deliverables, reporting requirements, and performance metrics are met on schedule.
- Manage program budget, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with government leads to resolve staffing gaps, personnel issues, and mission changes.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Prepare and deliver program status reports and briefings to company and government leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience, preferably supporting DoD contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary staff augmentation teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Current Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Combatant Command or Army Service Component Command.
- Prior military experience or DoD contract program management background.
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
