The G2 requires contractor support spanning the full intelligence cycle from collection to dissemination, requiring expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines to support USARCENT's shaping operations in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuse and analyze intelligence from multiple sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.) to produce all-source intelligence assessments.
- Prepare finished intelligence products, briefings, and estimates supporting command decision-making.
- Monitor regional threat developments within the USCENTCOM AOR and provide timely analytic support to current operations.
- Coordinate with national intelligence agencies and joint/coalition intelligence elements as required.
- Maintain analytic tradecraft standards and contribute to long-term intelligence production efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Significant prior experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst in a military, DoD, or Intelligence Community setting.
- Demonstrated analytic writing and briefing skills at the operational/strategic level.
- Experience with standard DoD/IC analytic tools and databases (e.g., DCGS-A, M3, Palantir, or equivalent).
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance is a hard prerequisite — candidates without an active, in-scope TS/SCI should not be submitted for this labor category.
- TS/SCI required at hire — NO interim clearance accepted for this position.
- This is one of the highest-risk labor categories on this contract for staffing timeline — active TS/SCI required at hire, zero interim flexibility, and 3 FTEs required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall be U.S. citizens unless AR 25-2 provisions are fully completed and the Government grants approval for a non-U.S. citizen).
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively, in person and electronically, with co-workers, customers, and the public.
- Must obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within 10 workdays of contract award commencement; CAC issuance requires, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or higher per Army Directive 2014-05.
- May NOT begin substantive work while CAC or system access is pending — this is a hard gate under this contract.
- Must complete Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I awareness training within 30 calendar days of commencing performance.
- Must complete iWATCH training within 30 calendar days of contract award (new employees: within 10 calendar days of start, reported within 15 calendar days).
- Must register in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) and complete DoD Information Assurance Awareness training prior to accessing Government information systems, and annually thereafter.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct standard at all times (business casual or formal attire per USARCENT Headquarters Dress Code Policy); may not perform work under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other incapacitating agents.
- This is a non-personal-services position: the employee is accountable to the Contractor, not directly supervised by the Government.
