Position Summary

Provides intermediate-level operational support for EEOC's AV/VTC systems and event production, working alongside the Senior AV/VTC Specialist and Production Engineer to sustain enterprise collaboration and event technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise AV/VTC systems across conference rooms and facilities.
  • Assist with VTC endpoint, codec, DSP, and control system configuration and maintenance.
  • Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly RealPresence video conferencing and collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate connections between multiple locations; monitor audio/video quality; resolve connectivity and interoperability issues.
  • Support live and virtual event production, including operating production equipment and assisting with recording/streaming.
  • Assist with preventive/corrective maintenance, firmware updates, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Document maintenance actions and system performance per established procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience supporting an environment similar to EEOC's.

General Requirements (All Positions)

  • Must currently hold, or be able to favorably pass, a full-field five-year employment background investigation (SF-85P) prior to performing work.
  • This is a Public Trust suitability requirement (OPM standards, 5 CFR Part 736), not a national security clearance.
  • Acceptable command of the English language.
  • Subject to Contractor-funded training of at least 40 hours/year in core competencies.
