CALL CENTER OPERATOR – WEEKENDS  (1KEY PERSONNEL)

Location: Bethesda, MD (On-site – No Telework)
Clearance: Public Trust (Tier 2 – Required)
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Responsibilities:
  • Handle emergency and general calls during weekend shifts
  • Support paging and communication workflows
  • Maintain logs, databases, and system updates
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or associate degree required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with telephony or call center systems
Work Environment:
  • Weekend shifts required
  • On-site only
  • Essential personnel role
