Responsibilities:
Manage weekend call center operations
Handle escalations and ensure continuity of services
Support staff performance and quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of call center experience with leadership responsibilities
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or emergency operations
Experience with Avaya or SPOK systems
Work Environment:
Weekend shifts required
On-site only
