Call Center Team Lead – Weekend (Key Personnel)

Location: Bethesda, MD (On-site – No Telework)
Clearance: Public Trust (Tier 2 – Required)
Start Date: May 18, 2026


Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekend call center operations
  • Handle escalations and ensure continuity of services
  • Support staff performance and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of call center experience with leadership responsibilities
Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare or emergency operations
  • Experience with Avaya or SPOK systems
Work Environment:
  • Weekend shifts required
  • On-site only
  • Essential personnel role
