Operations Manager / Project Manager II
Location: Ashburn, VA / Orlando, FL / San Antonio, TX

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supervise Tier I and II daily operations.
- Ensure 24x7 coverage and proper scheduling.
- Manage escalations, incident handling, VIP/sensitive accounts.
- Deliver performance reports.
- Mentor supervisors and ensure SOP compliance.
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years IT Service Desk supervisory experience.
- Strong communications and customer service focus.
- Knowledge of ITIL and service desk tools.
