Bailey Information Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced and motivated Helpdesk Manager – Travel System(s) Financial Support to oversee the technical and operational support of travel system(s) for enterprise customers. This critical role ensures that all support processes are executed within contractual standards and established plans. The ideal candidate will lead, train, and support a team of analysts while maintaining subject matter expertise in travel system(s) financial operations.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Supervise a team of analysts, providing training and guidance to ensure effective technical support for travel enterprise customers.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure travel system(s) technical support aligns with contract standards and operational plans.
- Financial Expertise: Manage processes related to DTS Lines of Accounting/Budget Administration, Debt Management, Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Reconciliation, and travel system(s) payments, including Scheduled Partial Payments and Advances.
- Collaboration: Partner with Disbursing and Financial teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Ensure the team maintains expertise in Centrally Billed Account transactions and other key financial areas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at the enterprise or DoD component headquarters/major command level.
- Proven expertise in DTS Lines of Accounting/Budget Administration, Debt Management, CBA Reconciliation, and travel system(s) payments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and support analysts.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes related to Scheduled Partial Payments and Advances.
