Bailey Information Technology Consultants is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to oversee and enhance the commercial reservations process for our cutting-edge travel systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring operations align with contract standards and established CONOPS plans while delivering exceptional support to our travel enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of skilled analysts, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless reservation assistance.
- Drive Excellence: Ensure all reservation processes meet regulatory requirements and align with best practices.
- Be the Expert: Leverage your expertise in DTS Reservation Module, TMC processes, and GDS platforms like Sabre and Worldspan to optimize operations.
- Stay Compliant: Apply your knowledge of the GSA City Pair Program, Fly America Act, and related regulations to maintain operational integrity.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years with the DTS Reservation Module and TMC processes, plus 3 years of hands-on expertise with Sabre and Worldspan GDS.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GSA City Pair Program, Fly America Act, and commercial travel regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire teams to achieve success.
