Duties include:
Understand business and technology needs. Leverage technical solutions to meet organizational needs. Implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems.
Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
Develop and analyze functional specifications.
Plan and ovesee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations).
Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams.
Prioritize user requirements, oversee system upgrades, and research new tools appropriate to cleared environments.
Design, analyze, and implement efficient IT systems within clear environments.
Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems.
Provide advice and technical training.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IT analyst, IT consultant, or similar role.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting.
