Job Title: Policy Procedures Analyst

Knowledge Required:
Must possess a thorough knowledge of all requirements of this SOW, including knowledge of the Federal/DoD Supply System, and MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP procedures. Must have expert knowledge of property accounting requirements as outlined in DoD 5000.64, Accountability and Management of DoD Equipment and Other Accountable Property and DoD 7000.14-R Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR), to include how to account for lost, damaged and destroyed property.

Experience and Education Required:
Must possess a Senior Skill Level in the management and supervision of property book accounting, as either the Accountable Officer or equivalent. The individual selected will have least five years' experience at a level equal to this position in an activity involved in the property accounting, financial reporting, and management of losses associated with property book accounting and Capital assets.
