Job Description
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for assessing requirements and ensuring that customer needs are satisfied and expectations established and met by managing and coordinating requirements and project deliverables. The PM will manage the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirement. The PM will manage the project team and coordinate with subordinate team members. Responsible for contributing to the Monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR), executive board reviews, coordinating and monitoring the project schedule to ensure customer requirements are met. Also responsible for ensuring project document such as the project management plan, communication plan, requirements matrix, responsibility matrix and WBS is complete accurate and up to date. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Duties:
  •  Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  •  Define project tasks and resource requirements
  •  Develop full scale project plans
  •  Assemble and coordinate project staff
  •  Manage project budget
  •  Manage project resource allocation
  •  Plan and schedule project timelines
  •  Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Identifying risks and issues, resolving problems and conducting audits to implement corrective measures and project improvement
Basic Qualifications:

TS/SCI clearance
 
5 Years’ experience in program/project management.
 
Including demonstrated experience in:
 
  • Utilizing corporate staffing processes to quickly satisfy government FTE requirements.
  • Satisfying government requirements in conducting Program Management Reviews
  • (PMRs)
  • Reporting financial data
  • Leading mid-size teams
Desired skills:
 
  • 10 Years’ experience in program/project management.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing a corporate staffing processes to quickly satisfy government Full Time Employee requirements.
  • PMP certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) OR DAWIA Level II in Program Management.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any field accepted
